Yes. The Free plan is a personal Novipra account at no cost, with no credit card required. It's built for solo practitioners, founders, and small startups managing their own IP — you get automatic deadline docketing, a portfolio of up to 5 assets, and 10 live conflict checks each week.
How much does the paid plan cost?
Paid Organization plans are custom-priced to your team size and portfolio. Email us and we'll put together a plan that fits — most teams are pleasantly surprised. There are no per-seat surprises baked into a generic price card.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Absolutely — that's the intended path. Create a free personal account, and when you're ready, upgrade to an organization plan and invite your team. Your portfolio, deadlines, and documents come with you; nothing is re-entered.
What's the difference between a personal and an organization account?
A personal (Free) account is a single-user workspace for your own marks. An organization (Paid) account adds your whole team with role-based access, removes the asset and conflict-check limits, and unlocks Trademark Watch and the full AI suite.
What happens to my data if I hit the free limits?
Nothing is lost. You'll be prompted to upgrade when you reach a limit (e.g. the 5th asset or your weekly conflict checks), but your existing data stays intact and accessible. Upgrading simply lifts the caps.
